I first started to look into a gluten free life when I saw a naturopath and she diagnosed me as gluten intolerant (as well as other things). I started the next day on a journey that I never imagined would result in my not only feeling better, but also looking better. To date, I have lost about 20 kgs from where I started and feel and look like a new person. I was advised to cut out gluten not only for my physical health, but also my mental health.
Over the past couple of years I have found tasty substitutes for heaps of food that you commonly have to miss out on in you are living the gluten free life style. I will talk about these in my blogs and provide you with tips and hints with tried and tested recipes and products.
